Bishop Willie F. Brooks Jr.
Bishop Willie F. Brooks Jr. is a seasoned leader with experience in the military, law enforcement, and ministry. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975 to 1984 and later became a Licensed Private Investigator, running his own security agency. He also worked as a Milwaukee Aux. Police Officer in 1996 and is now General Manager of Metro Security Services Inc. Additionally, he is a Notary Public in Wisconsin. In 2008, Bishop Brooks and his wife, Lady Iris Brooks, founded Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church, which now has over 100 members. He became a Bishop in 2013 and was named the Statewide Bishop of Wisconsin. In 2024, he was appointed Midwest Regional Presiding Prelate for the AWA/PCOG Fellowship. Bishop Brooks is also dedicated to community service, opening the Garfield House Sober Living Facility in 2022. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry from AWA Seminary Oasis of Hope.
