Janice Robinson Moreland
Janice Robinson Moreland is a highly skilled medical technologist, laboratory administrator, and educator with over 40 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a B.S. in Medical Technology from Marquette University (1980) and has expertise in clinical laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, regulatory compliance, and healthcare management.
She played a key role in Milwaukee’s early HIV testing efforts and established certified lab testing for one of the city’s first private methadone clinics. She has managed multiple laboratories, clinics, and healthcare facilities, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with industry standards. For over 25 years, Janice has mentored minority students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities through an MCAT prep program, guiding them toward medical careers. She is also an instructor, counselor, and community volunteer, supporting organizations like the Al Moreland Boxing Club. Honored with the Marquette University College of Health Sciences Service Award, Janice remains committed to education, mentorship, and healthcare excellence.
Over the years, Janice has collaborated on a number of medical research and teaching projects with Dr. James L.
